The facade is decorated in a rustic bakery style and features three awnings, profile lighting along the upper window frames, and three powerful LED spotlights to illuminate the terrace.

It has two openings with fold-down stainless steel shelves for serving customers, and a window with a counter for a cashier.

Custom-made tarpaulins protect the facade from rain.

Terrace furniture is included in the sale. 15 chairs, 5 tables, and 2 parasols, each 3.5 meters in diameter.

The upstairs area has vinyl flooring, is open-plan, and includes various pieces of furniture and tinted windows.

It has three 220V electrical outlets. There is a portable air conditioning unit with a permanent external vent.

Mechanically, it runs perfectly, with an engine replaced 200,000 km ago, but it is not registered in Spain. It is transported on a lowboy trailer and maneuvers independently for setup.

The rear section includes a hot water shower, a gas cage, removable chimneys for an oven and heater, and space for auxiliary freezers and refrigerators.

It is currently located in Leganés, Madrid.
